A photograph of the Stage Coach renovated by the Toronto Transportation Commission and kept in their museum.
Notes
Stage Coach was operated between Toronto and Richmond Hill in 1880-1895.
Dorothy McKenzie Rumble remembers: "Previous to her marriage to John McKenzie, December 28th, 1895, my mother, then Isabella Sims, journeyed to Toronto from Richmond Hill to buy material to make her wedding clothes, via stage coach. At that time of year, the bottom of the coach was covered with the deep layer of straw, in an effort to keep the passengers' feet warm."
